Anna is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio where she grew up swimming competitively. She began her coaching journey as a senior in high school at Great Miami Valley YMCA. In her freshman year at Ohio State University she continued coaching for Ohio State Swim Club, primarily working with 10 and under groups before taking time off coaching to complete her undergraduate and graduate degrees in athletic training. Upon moving to South Carolina in 2022, she picked coaching back up at Y-Spartaquatics Swim Club while working as a professor for the Master of Science in Athletic Training program at Winthrop University. Anna has a passion for swimming and creating community. She loves to spend her time outdoors with her husband and daughter, who frequently joins her at the pool!
